We may recommend that you increase your customers average spend, repeat purchases, frequency of purchase, your current level of market penetration, or penetrate new markets.

Consequently, your Business Package may include: the creation of sales packages, customer loyalty programs, alterations to your advertising mix and/or improvements in your sales and advertising communications.

I am trying to establish a brand to create a landmark of a business in my industry. How can you help?

We may recommend that you improve the visibility, value & quality perceptions of your business.

Consequently, your Business Package may include: development of a brand identity and character, and improved marketing positioning. It may also include designs for improved communications across your assets, such as signage and vehicles, and improved communications with your clients.

I want my clients to remain loyal to me?

Service development will improve the basis of your relationship with your clients.
We examine your before sales service, during sales service and after sales service mechanisms. We may recommend improvements in delivery, advice, finance and warranties.

How long does the process take?

We work with you to deliver all aspects of your Business Package over a 3-6 month period – according to the schedule in your Marketing & Communications Plan, and according to the marketing budget you’ve allocated for implementation of each program. Ultimately, you will have a series of programs that you know can be consistently relied upon to generate increased sales and revenue.

 

How do we pay for this?

Payment is made on completion of each program detailed in your Marketing Plan or in our Marketing and Advertising Agreement. Your fees for the creation, design, development and implementation of each marketing program are according to the estimates initially provided, and calculated according to our standard hourly rate.
